Château Overview
Perfect for your school trip to Normandy, our Château du Baffy provides a centrally located base to explore from and is close to most excursions whether its, WW2 History, French Language, Art, Geography or just a Cultural exploration to sample the local food and area.
Set in its own grounds within a small hamlet called Colombiers-sur-Seulles, just 15 minutes from popular Bayeux, the British Normandy Memorial and only 10 minutes from the D-Day Landing Beaches. The Château du Baffy sleeps 187 across three accommodation blocks situated adjacent to each other, the main Château du Baffy building plus the Villa Mathilde and our brand NEW 2025 Pod Village.
Facilities include an indoor activity hall, a cinema/games room, two dining rooms, sun terraces with picnic benches, teachers’ lounge, all en-suite bedrooms. Meal packages are typically full board, with all meals prepared by our in-house French chef Thierry and team.
